MARCOOLA BEACH AND SOME BABYSITTING

Hello my lovelies

Our outing for the day was to Marcoola Beach which is very near Mt Coolum.

We packed everything into the car and took the short drive.  It's quite a good idea to go to Marcoola if you want to do some swimming or surfing as there are flags to swim between and a lifeguard on duty.

Papa decided to have a quiet morning at home as he and Auntie Emma were going out in the afternoon to visit Sarah the architect.

Here are a couple of photographs of Auntie Emma and Fergus on the beach.

You can see from these photographs that Fergus was having a wonderful time with his Mumma. They both spent ages and ages in the sea with Fergus practising his 'surfing' and Auntie Emma pulling him along on his 'surfboard'.

When we arrived home, Auntie Emma had a quick shower and change before she and Papa headed out to Noosa to see Sarah.

After they left, Fergus and I had lunch and as a treat a hot cross bun each.  Then it was clear up time and time to head upstairs for a 'rest'.

It's now evening.  Papa, when he arrived home took Fergus for a nice long walk as he was full of beans after his rest! Papa walked down to the beach and Fergus took his little lawnmower and spent most of his time mowing the dunes!

While they were out walking, Auntie Emma made some spaghetti bolognese for dinner and by the time Papa and Fergus arrived home, Fergus was well and truly ready for his dinner which he munched down with gusto.  He is now lying on the couch with his pillow watching THE SECRET LIFE OF PETS.

Uncle Michael, Hamish and Angus should be arriving soon for the weekend.

Tomorrow, Papa and I will be heading back to Toowoomba.  We noticed on the weather site that Toowoomba has had some rain since we've been away.  Yay!

Love Nanxxxx
